Just wondering if anyone here is going?
We're bringing a few of our team members and will be presenting a couple of topics. The first is "Community Myths - What We've Learned Over The Past Ten Years" which is an update on an earlier presentation regarding management and moderation. The second is "B2B Communities- What Works, Gaining Executive Support, and Reaching Decision Makers" which is a summary of best practices for B2B Community teams based upon our experience with SAP, Cisco, Intel, NetApp, Mercury Interactive (now HP), as well as a survey we completed of roughly 5,000 members on influence and usage of social media.
As part of our experience, we're also providing a free consultation using video and
our blog . At the conference and earlier, we'll be asking participants to answer one of the following questions:
1. What is your biggest challenge within your organization regarding using communities?
2. What are your thoughts on the future of online communties and social media?
3. What is your biggest concern regarding measuring your community's success?
We'll record the conversation with our Flip camera and post the video with our answers/thoughts/advice on the blog.
We're also working on a tweet-up the evening prior to the event.
Lastly, we'll be unveiling a new service offering for small businesses.
Pretty busy couple of days.... ;-)
So, if you are attending please let me know so we can meet as our team is always interested in growing our network and sharing knowledge with our peers.
