- What about me, huh? Let's see..I was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin...and yes, I love my Packers. I lived out there until 2000 when I moved to Binghamton, NY where my husband (then boyfriend) was finishing up his PhD. After that we moved around Pennsylvania a bit, and New York a few times before settling here in Geneva. We have a son, Nathan born in 2006..a dog, and a cat. No quiet moments here. I first started getting involved in online communities back in 1996 on CompuServe...and it was there I first met Susie (this is where you pity me). From there it was on to CNN's chat where I got my first gig as a moderator. I moderated the main chat, a few sports chats and helped launch the original NASCAR chat (just before Dale E. died in Daytona..what craziness!). After that Susie yanked me by the ear to help moderate the WB message boards and then the CW. From there it was to MMS and virtual worlds..which is totally awesome! I've met so many incredible people over the years (and some not so incredible), and am blessed to have made some incredible friendships along the way.
Outside of working online, I also work as a barista at a local coffee shop (attached to a supermarket). I love the work, the customers are great and have some awesome coworkers. And surrounding myself with yummy coffee is always a plus :)

Actually, I meant to space youknowwhat like that. It looks weird. I mean, I could have used hyphens, I guess. That's probably more grammatically correct. But even if I didn't mean to space it that way, which I did, my space bar is seriously having some issues.
This message took me three minutes to type because I had to go back and space it.
And I just went back and read this. And holy crap am I weird.
